Cultivating a "5H" culture that makes us wise

We spend a lot of time talking about the external customer experience, but we have a set of core values that run through Wise, inside and out. We care about our customers and employees equally, and we make sure to cultivate the most outstanding culture possible for all who engage with Wise.

Happy - The most important thing for us is the happiness of our customers and employees. We replace traditional with modern, from the banking experience to the work-life experience.
