Here's what you'll do at Wise

What is the role?

You'll be Wise's newest Customer Success Engineer.

Who does this role report to?

Raghav Lal, President at Wise. You'll have fun and learn a lot. Raghav was Chief Credit Officer at AMEX and GM of Small Business at VISA.

What does my day-to-day look like?

Working with a world-class team, every day you will be challenged to exercise your skills in technical support and addressing and improving systems we are currently using. You'll also be working closely with internal players to further Wise's goals.

What do I need to excel in this role?

  • Degree in computer science or equivalent back end experience in a Dev environment
  • Experience in SQL
  • Data manipulation experience, back end.
  • Experience with OOP languages in a Dev environment (preferably GO, C, Java, C++ is acceptable)
  • Not a front end developer
  • Technical aptitude
  • Ability to learn different software programs
  • Ability to relate to and understand the issues customers are raising
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must be tech savvy

Customer Experience, Customer Origination, Partner Success, Risk Operations.

Where do I need to be?

Anywhere in Brazil.
